Client: BT. Operating in more than 170 countries, BT is one of the worlds leading providers of communications solutions and services. Its principal activities include networked IT services, local, national and international telecommunications services, and higher value broadband and Internet products and services.
The brief: To act as a 3rd party provider for BT mobile to supply their client with 350 unlock codes for BlackBerry handsets locked to the O2 network.
Service Provided: The order was given the go-ahead late on Friday 25th June and all codes were provided first thing on Monday 28th June. The codes were then distributed to each member of staff with a simple guide on how to enter the unlock codes.

The brief: The client runs a market stand in Hemel Hempstead, providing mobile phone unlocking and repairs. They can unlock many handsets by traditional cable but as with many newer handsets now, the only way to unlock them is with the original manufacturers code.
Challenges: To provide BlackBerry and HTC unlock codes where there is no internet access.
Solution: Unlock codes provided by SMS text message and by Phone. Agreed ongoing trade rates with weekly billing.
Service Provided: The client has access to our SMS unlocking service. When our service is required, the client sends us the IMEI and Model number by SMS and a member of our team processes the code within minutes. It is then sent to the client with a simple guide. For more urgent or complicated unlocks, we provide codes over the phone, 7 days a week.
